Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Akoolai, we’re committed to providing high-impact consulting with clarity, speed, and strategy. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.
1:1 Consulting Sessions

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or a no-fee reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may be rescheduled once, but are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
Project-Based Work

Due to the custom nature of project work, deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is paused or canceled by the client, any work completed up to the next milestone will be billed accordingly.
Our Commitment
If you feel a session or deliverable didn’t meet expectations, please reach out within 7 days. While we can’t offer refunds for strategy or advisory work already delivered, we’re happy to review the outcome and provide clarification, follow-up recommendations, or a courtesy session if appropriate
