I design and deliver the core work, and when a project calls for more hands or specific expertise, I scale with a small, vetted network - engineers, data folks, designers, and enablement pros. That lets us match the team to your needs (not the other way around) and move quickly without the overhead. Day to day, you work directly with the person who’s accountable. Behind the scenes, I bring in the right specialists at the right moment so your implementation is reliable, ethical, and built to last.

My name is Zach Winkler. I’ve been hands-on with AI since around 2019, when models like GPT-2 - the early precursor to ChatGPT - sparked a wave of practical possibilities. In 2022, I began creating courses on using AI effectively, and I’ve been helping people and teams apply these tools with clarity and confidence ever since.
My approach is simple: cut through hype, focus on real outcomes, and design workflows that are reliable, ethical, and easy to maintain.

Akoolai operates a lean lead-plus-network model: a dedicated lead drives the work end-to-end, and a vetted bench of specialists joins as scope or timelines require. Because collaborators rotate by engagement, they’re highlighted in proposals rather than static headshots. More profiles will be added as the studio grows.
