Real-time ordering for a battery distributor

An 11-truck distributor serving about 1,000 dealers ran on a closed legacy system, and orders took 8 to 24 hours to reach the back office. We built a mobile app for their drivers, an ordering site for their dealers, and a dispatch platform for their managers. All three write files in the legacy system's own format, so the back office kept working exactly as before.

Orders now arrive in minutes. The legacy database syncs to the cloud continuously, and an AI assistant helps managers plan routes, spot coverage gaps, and close out each day.
